This cosmopolitan recipe variation uses both Cherry Vodka, and cherry juice ( or concentrate ) to impart its delicious flavours. The Mandarin vodka offsets this with a little citrus so it is not overly sweet.
Ingredients:
30ml (1.5 oz) Absolut Mandrin Vodka
10ml (0.5 oz) Cointreau
10ml (0.5 oz) Smirnoff Black Cherry Vodka
1 splash Lime Juice
1 splash Cherry Juice
Method:
Shake all ingredients in shaker with ice until frosty on the outside. Strain mixture into a chilled martini glass.
Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with a fresh or glace cherries.
