| Traditional - the purists cosmopolitan. |
This is our traditional cosmopolitan recipe , it is refreshingly tart. Another common variation of the traditional cosmo is to substitute lime cordial for sour mix for a slightly reduced 'bite'.
Ingredients:
- 45ml (2.25 oz) vodka
- 30ml (1.5 oz) sour mix
- 30ml (1.5 oz) cranberry juice
- 15ml (1.25 oz) cointreau
- lime twist
Method:
Fill martini glass with ice to chill, set aside. Pour all ingredients into a cocktail shaker with ice and shake well. Tip out ice from martini glass. Strain drink into glass and garnish with a lime twist.
Serving Suggestion:
Garnish with a simple lemon twist.
